  What a gem of a local business! And when asked to suggest an electrician they gave us another local gem - a diamond - for which we are eternally grateful! Mr Roberts and his sister are an absolute delight, always cheerful and helpful and ready with a bit of banter and chat and the shop seems to be a hub for the locals - maybe he should start an in-store coffee shop! Having moved from the city where everyone wants payment in full for everything up front it is refreshing to find a business that offers not only personal service and delivery but also trusts customers to pay later and doesn't insist on a card payment over the phone!! We had to have "the boys" in when we first moved into the house to boost the TV aerial and fit a freesat box - pay when you are next in town without even knowing us! Then we called up for a fridge we'd seen in the showroom - will deliver Monday pay when you are next in town. Same when we had to have a new TV aerial. It is lovely to know that good old-fashioned businesses with good old-fashioned values and customer service still exist but the shop and stock are bang up to date and not stuck in the past. We would not have found a similar size of fridge online for the price so they are also competitive and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for all your electrical needs.
